What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
What items are eligible for return?
Most items are eligible for return, except for the following:
- Items marked as final sale
- Perishable goods
- Downloadable digital products
- Personalized or custom-made items
How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes! If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
What if my item arrived damaged or defective?
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
