Tawakkal is an online retail store registered and operated in Greece, in compliance with applicable Greek and European Union (EU) consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive. All transactions are conducted in Euros (EUR). In accordance with EU regulations, customers based in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason (right of withdrawal). For any legal inquiries or disputes, the applicable law is Greek law, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Greek courts. For out-of-court resolution, EU customers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
